I made a game six months or so ago and spent a great deal of time polishing every aspect of it EXCEPT for the art. In hindsight, I can see that what I have here is essentially the skeleton of a game, but IF I do say so myself the gameplay itself is very polished.

The makeover would ideally consist of the artist conceiving their own original theme and rolling with it! The gameplay is fairly abstract, so just about any theme or gimmick you can come up with would probably work. Simple is good, but it really is completely up to the artist.

I'm more interested in getting this game online in any sponsored format than I am in making a boatload of money, so I'm flexible as to how we coordinate this makeover.
I would share my .fla and work with the artist to complete the final product.
I would also sell the .fla to the artist for a flat price.
I’m open to any other ideas as well.
No matter the method, I would make myself available to the artist to some degree if they desire in order to ensure that the art is integrated smoothly into the existing framework.

ouch with no up front but I'm willing to continue if you aren't a kind of noisy consumer (I mean a crazily ammount of revampings is a no no ) .

It seems I may have been unclear. I am not in a position to pay for this art up front! I am sorry if this is the impression I gave. I would either sell the fla to an artist or work with the artist and share profits generously if/when the game is sponsored. 65-70% of potential profits would go to the artsit. However, I realize this is somewhat of a gambe, so if you need to devote your time to guaranteed income, you might want to pass this one up.
I have now made the game visible to all.

I think the game need effects to make it looks cooler, like the doodads tween to the slot while automatically resized gradually.. but I don't know how to make :) .
